Expansion of Thin Scroll Bar for skrula

This extension has several times reduce the scroll bar, which is located exactly on the right side of your window in Chrome. Certainly the opportunity for an amateur. Personally, I do not like this result. However some people ( people with small screens), the solution space may be to the liking.
