Qimonda: first deliveries of 512- Mbit XDR DRAM chips

After less than a year after signing a license agreement between Rambus and Qimonda, the memory architecture on the use of XDR, the last reported sales beginning the first working models of new chips.

Qimonda chips were the first of its type XDR DRAM chip capacity of 512 Mbps. Profitable solutions XDR extended range of the company, allowing it to offer its customers memory with very high performance and throughput. The new chips are manufactured in compliance with the 75- nm process technology.

Rambus XDR memory interface allows you to meet the needs of demanding applications, the memory subsystem.
